Is the site secure? answer WHEN YOU GET TO THE BUYING BIT (OR SHOPPING CART) LOOK FOR THE GOLDEN PADLOCK SYMBOL (bottom left of screen) IT MEANS THE SITE IS SECURE.... YOU NUMPTY! Can I send back faulty goods? answer WE DON’T SEND OUT FAULTY GOODS BECAUSE WE CHECK THEM 3 TIMES BEFORE THEY GO OUT! HOW THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE MAKE A LIVING!!!
