I ordered the retro Grand Slam shirt in a short sleeved version (after emails with Cherly about whether she'd be able to find me a short sleeved one, which were answered very promptly and efficiently).
I am honestly MORE than impressed with everything that the company did to make my shirt.
Customer service does NOT get any better than what was provided and it is VERY unusual for ir to be this good!
I asked for the names of the team memmbers to be printed on the back. Again this was checked out first by email. After I received the shirt I emailed Cheryl to thank her for her time and received this as a response; "Thanks for the nice comments, the back print was a bit of a challenge but I'm glad we delivered." This was all at no extra cost and I know that other companies I have approached about a similar commission told me where to go due to the effort involved!
I want Christmas to come early so I can give the shirt to my husband...am so excited already and there are two months to go! Sigh :-)
