    Personalised PINK High Vis

    Ordered a personalised PINK High Vis, product delivered promptly however the incorrect colour of High Vis was delivered. Attempted to contact SumoSam via their email address (twice) to make them aware of my order however no return correspondence made. I called them the following week to discuss my order and no email follow up, i was informed they hadnt recieved my emails despite the address being correct. The chap on the phone was extremely helpful and very apologetic. Customer service 10/10 via the phone.The order was rectified and the correct High Vis delivered the next day.
    The product it's self is OK, not as pictured in terms of quality. The black seams are a netted seam opposed to a solid seam so flimsy and after a few washes I can imagine it'll fall apart. With that said, the cost matches the product. The personalisation however is top quality.

    I haven’t seen the vest myself but I have seen my granddaughter wearing it and she is delighted with it. Her mother says it looks well made and she is also satisfied that it will do the job.

    Great Quality, Lovely Font, Can't Fault This Vest At All, I Brought It For My Autistic Daughter with "Be Autism Aware" Written on It After Having Trouble With People Not Understanding Our Situation While in Big Groups and Once She Wore This Vest It Immediately Made People Aware and Alot Kinder Towards us! 10/10.
